Orders:

Can I cancel my order? 

If you would like to cancel you order, please contact us by filling out our contact form in no more than 12 hours after your purchase. You may also chat with us through our chat on our website and a representative will get back to you within the business hours of 9 AM-7PM everyday. Cancellations requested after 12 hours will not be accepted.

Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?

If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us through our contact form with your order number and the change you would like to make to your order. Once we evaluate the current status of your order and see if it is eligible for a change, we can make that change for you. 

 

Shipping:

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Packages are shipped out as early as 1-2 business days but can also take up to 3-4 business days before they are shipped out, depending on the volume of orders we are experiencing. First class mail is estimated to take 2-7 days to be delivered and priority mail is estimated to take 1-3 days to be delivered after they are fulfilled and shipped. For all international orders, please allow at least 1-4 weeks, with the exceptions of delays from COVID-19, for your package to be delivered. 

Given the circumstances of the covid-19 pandemic, there may be shipping delays with both domestic and international postal services, so we greatly appreciate your understanding. 

Where do you guys ship to?

We ship our jewelry worldwide, with the exception of Saudi Arabia due to USPS restrictions.

How do I care for my JĪN pieces?

Please keep in mind that our pieces are all gold plated and vary between brass based, stainless steel based, and 925 sterling silver. All of our pieces are waterproof and tarnish resistant, but it is recommended that you remove your jewelry before taking a shower, going for a swim in the pool, or using certain soaps and lotions as these activities can strip the material on the jewelry causing fading or early tarnishing. The best way to store and maintain your jewelry is to place them in an air tight container and routinely wipe them down with a jewelry cloth to remove any oils that may be on the jewelry from your skin. 

Are the pieces real gold?

Yes, all of our jewelry pieces are real gold plated. We have pieces that are 24k gold plated, as well as, 18k gold plated. This gold plating varies with its base depending on the jewelry item. We have pieces that are brass based, stainless steel based, or 925 sterling silver based. Please check the product description under each item for more details on the materials.
