We have a 14-day return policy, meaning that you have 14 days from the day that your package was marked as delivered to request a return, ship out the return package, and have the package received by us. All return packages must be received by the 14-day mark in order to receive a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please understand that all worn jewelry is not eligible for any returns or refunds as the product is no longer in its original condition. Refunds and replacements as a result of wear and tear will also not be issued.
To start a return, please contact us through our contact form with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, unless indicated by USPS regarding a delivery failure. Only postage for damaged items will be provided, in addition to an exchange or repair depending on the item. Postage for all returns for a refund will not be provided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and all adjustable items (rings). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure that you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
